Rio Arriba Use Terms

Use of Rio Arriba County Released Inmates means acceptance of these terms. A visitor who does not agree should stop using the site and its embedded tools.

This privately owned site has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides consumer reports or FCRA-covered services. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency, and its content must not be used for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or tenant screening.

Nature of the Service

Rio Arriba County Released Inmates is a private reference. It stores no official custody or court records and cannot confirm a person’s status, release anyone, post bond, or file a request for a visitor.

The pages point to public Rio Arriba County and New Mexico resources, explain the boundaries between custody systems, and may connect visitors with outside research tools.

  • Do not violate any law through use of the site.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not make hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions from site content.
  • Do not attempt access to systems or data without permission.

No Consumer Reports

The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide a background check, credit report, consumer report, or screening service. Its advertising and search partners are not presented as supplying those services. Visitors agree not to use site data for:

  • Hiring, firing, or another employment decision
  • Tenant selection or housing eligibility
  • Creditworthiness or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or public-benefit eligibility
  • Any other decision governed by the FCRA

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections sites, public records, legal resources, government portals, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. The destination controls its content, data practices, fees, and availability, and visitors should read its terms.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

  • Information is accurate, complete, or current
  • The service will remain available without interruption
  • Every error, flaw, or security issue is absent
  • A partner search will return all possible records

Custody status and public records change often. Nothing here is an official statement from Rio Arriba County or any other public agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its owners, and its partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages that arise from use of, or inability to use, the site or a linked service.

User Indemnity

A visitor agrees to defend and hold the site, its owners, and its partners harmless from claims, costs, losses, and reasonable legal fees caused by that visitor’s use of the service or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Content

Original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Rio Arriba County Released Inmates or the applicable content partner. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or altered without written permission, except as law permits.
